All tiles are recommended to be laid with spacer joints to act as expansion joints, to minimize tile joint lippage and also to allow repairs to be done in the future if needed. We provide this at no extra cost to you.

Coping is a layer of protection added to the top of parapet walls to keep water out and prevent weather damage.

Chicken mesh plastering is done for all brick and concrete joints, to prevent cracks forming due to the difference in thermal expansion of each material.

Epoxy resin grout is a material that hardens and forms a complete waterproof seal between tile joints. It is also stain proof, extremely durable and can withstand use of harsh cleaning products.
