- QC inspection if done, is only stage wise by a separate team. Daily checking is not done
- Most startups and other city companies follow a sub contractor model. The company only acts as an intermediary and charges the assigned sub contractor a % of total cost as fees. The sub contractor has no option but to find ways to reduce costs to make up this fees or else he will not make enough profit from the project. This will inevitably end up affecting quality of construction
